Welcome to risingharvests.com! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of our nursery products, including seedlings, seeds, and gardening supplies. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not:

• Use the site in violation of local, national, or international law
   
• Interfere with the site’s operation or security
   
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity
   

We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including details on species, growing conditions, and availability. However, as we deal with live plants, natural variations may occur, and availability can change based on seasonality or weather conditions.

All plants are subject to availability. Orders may be adjusted or canceled if stock is unavailable, and you will be notified promptly.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We accept payments through approved payment providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, credit/debit cards).

Orders will not be shipped or fulfilled until full payment is received and processed.

We take great care in packaging and shipping seedlings and live plants. However, once an order leaves our nursery, we are not responsible for delays or damage caused by carriers or extreme weather.

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate shipping information
   
• Understanding local agricultural regulations (some plants may be restricted in certain areas)
   

We do not ship live plants internationally unless otherwise stated.

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns on seedlings or plants. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

We may offer replacements or store credit at our discretion.

Non-living items (e.g., tools, pots, accessories) may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.

We provide growing instructions and care tips with many of our products, but ultimate success depends on factors beyond our control such as soil conditions, weather, and user care.

We are not responsible for plant failure after delivery. We do not guarantee outcomes, yields, or plant survival once items are planted.

All information provided is for general guidance and should not replace advice from local agricultural experts.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here, and continued use of the site implies acceptance of the revised terms.
